Have a coach or training partner everywhere with our best seller.  The Bully simply wraps around the bag and velcro closes.  The arms can also go in different directions depending on how you attach them to the loops.  It can be placed at any height for leg checks or even placed on a floor bag for grappling submissions or ground and pound.  Two Bully’s can simulate arms and legs as well. 
 
You will master slipping, rolling, parrying, and covering, and when placed on the ground you can also do arm bars, knee bars and heel hooks. In partner training also can be attached to a body shield to flow into different arm bars.  (Foam arms included).
